Course Review and Comments

This stellar design is the first for Aussie Senior PGA Pro Graham Marsh, and if his maiden voyage is any indication, he could build quite a name for himself. Old Silo has roughly 100 bunkers dotting the track (crude estimation) and greens undulating enough to make Pete Dye jealous. The greens were a little more beat up than one would like, but they rolled well just the same. The signature hole is the sixteenth, appropriately named "Old Silo" for the actual old silo that sits in play just left of the fairway on this medium-length par 4. A creek runs across the fairway and left of the green, but it is too far from the tee and also too far short of the green for it to come into play except for on mishit approaches.
