Course Review and Comments
Price is going to be ridiculous starting at $125, then $150, and finally $175 as things are built. Too me...that is WAY OVERPRICED!However, it's an excellent course that most any golfer will enjoy and appreciate.

| Course Design Comments | Excellent!!! Strategy, angles, risk-reward, wind, green complexes have character. 3-4 holes do require playing a couple times to better understand. |

| Course Service Comments | Not officially open so no cart service, water buckets etc. Pro was very pleasant and accomodating. Safely assume it will be at least a 4 and likely a 5. |

| Course Facilities Comments | Again, not officially open so trailer for clubhouse and no range yet (unless share with other course?). In time, it will be nice from plans I've heard. |
