Course Review and Comments
This course has come far from when it was built but now it is too "tricky". The layout is good, save one hole, and does not need the fescue they have introduced as that has killed the pace of play. If any traffic at all, 5 hours is assured due to ball searching. They need to return the course to a more playable layout.

I would give it a higher design rating but for one hole. Number 17 is a 400+ par 4 with water left, water OB right and a water pump house in the middle of the fairway at 150 yards out. You have about a 10 yard wide target, water left and hill down to OB right, to hit if laying up. Poor, poor hole. Too bad. |

Management has decided to save money by not mowing near or under trees. No need to worry about trees. If you hit your ball near a tree, it's either lost or you find it and must drop. Pace of play has suffered. 5 hours is common. Be ready to lose balls or at best spend a lot of time looking. |

Would be higher but they do not marshall pace of play on the golf course. |

Food and beverage are good. No locker room facilities, no practice range, do not clean up after geese on practice green. |
