This is a must play if you are in PHX / SCD. There is nothing spectacular, but everything is perfect. Condition - A1. Service - A1. Practice facilities - A1. Scenery - A1. Tough course, can be very tough if you play from the wrong tees. Great variety of holes, long + short Par 4s + 3s, while the 2 Par 5s are risk / reward holes. Big greens and tough sandshots...Very serene, when playing it feels like there is no one else within 100 miles. Summer rates are unbelievable, especially in the PM. Played in the middle of summer (100*+) and the course was in great condition, service was second to none and played in about 3.5 hrs. You can pay more elsewhere, but why when all you need is Talking Stick North!
