Course Review and Comments
This course is fair. What you see is what you get. It does not have a hilly terrain to build on; the feel is open, yet sand traps and water play into the risk-reward thought process in shot selection. The White tee yardage of the completed design is 5,909, now. The Blue tee yardage is 6,382. Red is 4,873. It is 6,809 from the tips. I did not find a course rating or slope on the new score card.Ratings

| Course Design Comments | The course design really makes you place the ball off of the tee. Greens are protected and have subtle breaks that go opposite what the lay of the land suggest. I played 4 rounds this year and will return. |

| Course Greens/Fairways Condition Comments | Rough and through the green is very good, considering the rainy season just finished. The course had drained well. |

| Course Service Comments | There is no snack bar at the turn. Restroom facilities on the course are very clean and available. The concession cart made several stops through-out the round and the driver/server was friendly. The cart was well-stocked. |

| Course Facilities Comments | The proshop was the only facility available at this time. I noticed a clubhouse/proshop in construction at a new location on the course. It looks to be bigger. Can't wait to see the finished product! |
