Course Review and Comments

Gary Koch's idea of an enjoyable course doesn't match ours. Housing around some holes/greens was not particularly attractive and some occupants were yelling and screaming or vacuum cleaners running as we putted. Lots of larger carts carrying prospective real estate buyers or time-share buyers around property everywhere you go. Greens were too "tricked up" for our tastes -- some people may like that but not us. Waste areas are extensive and some forced carries are challenge for shorter hitters. Good point was that pro shop people were very nice and our round included an "express lunch" in the dining room as part of the greens fees.

Course Design Rating
Course Design Comments Too much ground is waste area, lots of mounding and undulating greens to the max. Some might like that type of course but we didn't. One green had 8' drop between tiers, others extreme undulations and impossible to stop ball if not in the hole. Not our "cup of tea."
