Course Review and Comments
It's true that this course might once have seen better days and is now somewhat rustic but I would still recommend it.
The fact that all that remains after the hurricane devastation from 1995 is the course itself, a club shop and a smattering of storage sheds along with a multitude of rotted out old buildings throughout just makes this, the only course on the island, all the more interesting.
Clearly a great course once upon a time and somewhat lacking in some greenkeeping TLC, the challenge of it still remains.
As we work on a cruise ship we arrived with no clubs or equipment but for a hire fee were provided with some pretty decent brand new clubs (Old Bear I think?) and a perfectly in order cart. Service was fine, fridge was stocked with beer, what more could you ask for?
Perhaps one day Donald Trump or HIlton will arrive to restore Mullet Bay to it's former glory but until then if you want a course with character and no small amount of challenges then give this course a go!
