Course Review and Comments
I highly recommend this course to non-serious golfers who want a cheap round of golf in Murrells Inlet. I am a relative beginner having played maybe a dozen games on a non-mini-golf course in my life. The 105 yard longest hole is about as far as I can hit a ball. Considering how busy this place is and the fact that it's built on sand, the course is in remarkably good condition. Sure there are bare bits on the greens and the fairways but there are no nasty hazards in the greens to contend with. Among other plusses is the fact that they have cheap used balls for sale ($1 each) and free loaner clubs - we took 2 putters, an unnecessary driver and a bunch of irons that we shared. Total bill was $48 and a bit for 18 holes for 2 people which struck me as pretty good. We didn't have to book, either and had to wait only a couple of minutes to start our game.
All round a most relaxing couple of hours.
