Course Review and Comments
I think all the reviews thus far have been far too polite. This is a short course and not challenging. It is looking well and so it should for the inflated price.
Clubhouse bought and paid for, no need to charge £50 levey on all members for new clubhouse.
Take £50 off the membership it is still too expensive take £150 off your getting close.
Not enough lockers.
No hooks for golf trolleys!
No lockers with electric charging facilities?
No Practice facilities!
Defo no water feature like the others i think Marco D is on the wind up!
You might be retaining members but they are unhappy. Drumpellier are £690 and have all these facilities, Airdrie has many of these facilities and much less expensive, Easter Moffat the same this club and committee are in cloud cookoo land and people need to give honest assesment.
£630 for good greens, come on we cannot live off previous years when we had excellent greens reputation there is a recession and from all the clubs we have the money to buy and pay for the clubhouse.
It was poorly designed and lack of imagination stop defending this sham and lets move us onto become a great club.
Take the critics and learn we are not saying this is a rubbish course or club just vastly overpriced. As one reviewer states you would expect real towels for this price in the bathroom not blue towels that have run out.
Course is fine but sort the money out guys its miles over priced and ye big rusty and the rest may not have a recession biting but some of the rest of us do especially those with children.
I was on the course last week and a guy had combat trousers on i can get that at palacerigg or Townhead if i want.

I felt the course was tightly packed especially around the 14th green or 12th tee or 15th tee. Trying to take a piss there was almost impossible!
The 1st, 13th and 18th hole are also a nusience as

I would question anyone who is critical of this good test of golf. No par 5's? - Big deal, there are plenty of challenging holes and all greens are well protected by bunkers. A good water hazard fea

The individuals who have previously rated the course are way of the mark. Although the course is short it has small tight well manicured greens and fairways. The clubhouse is ideal for the majority of

I am a member who pays £630 a year for as the previous reviewers rightly point out poor facilities that are priced at the high end of the market.
For this price i don't even get a locker.

No Practice facilities and very over priced for the facilities. One guy did not wait on urinal and urinated in the shower due to size of facilites.
Decorum and hospitality for a golf club very poor

The clubhouse was new and as I was considering joining also judged the course on the inflated membership fee. At £630 only Drumpellier is more expensive in the region. I expected great things with th
