Course Review and Comments

I consider this course as one of my home courses. Its fun and very well kept. The holes are challenging and will make you think twice about club selection.

The only down side is that it used to be 18 holes and the previous owner sold off half to a housing developer. Because of that its a long walk to hole 8 and 9 so I recommend getting a cart for first timers at Minnechaug. The upside of this is that when they broke the course up they kept hole 8 in tact which is one of the first island green, par 3 holes ever built in this country. I fact all three par 3 holes (6, 8, 9) are gorgeous as well as challenging.

Minnechaug is an affordable, short and incredibly fun 9 holes. Every golfer I have introduced to her has fell in love with her!

Hit'em well!
