There are no water jugs to be found on the course. Be prepared to pay a variety of prices to the course beverage cart. We didn't pay the same amount for water all week! Crocodiles dot the property, not a problem, just a surprise. Iguanas are huge and find their way onto the sunny tea boxes most afternoons. There are better places to play in Puerto Vallarta, Vista Vallarta for example, but this course is so convenient to the marina that it may be a best option. Bring tons of golf balls though, as there is water EVERYWHERE and none of it invites the errant shot maker to recover their golf ball. Crocs and filthy water are no match for grabbing another ball out of the bag. Be wary of the holes close to the beach however, as the sun worshippers are certainly in the mix as you weave your way through the course. Also, the cart costs are unbelievable. Most of the resorts discount the cost of golf if you can sit through one of those time share talks to some degree, so a $90.00 round may turn into half of that if not completely free. They will charge you for the cart however and that cost it $44.00 per person! Yikes!!
