I believe the course is built for singaporeans who wants to learn and play golf but without the costly membership fees. Perfect if u are union members. Agree that the service standard is poor as majority pays $70 and $115 for a game. Foreigners are better off playing elsewhere or in your home country with cheaper courses.Ratings
