Course Review and Comments

I have now played this course 3 times whilst here in Santiago.
It is not that easy to find a course with access to the public in Chile, but this course is up there with the best I've played anywhere.
It is surprisingly long and well spread out in the space available between the motorway and the Mapocho river, just south of Santiago's international airport.
There is obviously access to a lot of water for the course as the fairways are lush and well kept. The 4 sets of Tee boxes on each hole are firm and green.
The greens are also very well kept and play true and consistent. You can get plenty of bite and back spin with your wedges.
There are many bunkers on the course and sand isn't the lightest you've ever played.
Concrete cart paths weave their way through the course but as I carry my clubs, I have found walking around easy and relaxing.
I have enjoyed the driving range and chipping and putting practice greens here also. Plenty of space to practice and not get in other players way.
Over all I would rate this course 9/10, especially for the price and condition of the course. The only points off would be for very small shop and facilities but it appears there will be upgrades to this area in the future. (But who really cares right, we're here to play golf!)
If you're in Santiago and looking for a game of golf, check out the website, all you need to know is on there.
