Course was in great condition. Both fairways and greens. Very flat topography without mature trees, so wind really comes into play. I swear it was blowing down, as i seemed to be short a club all day long. Reminded me of some Florida courses. Plenty of hazards and tee boxes from which to chose depending on how challenging you want it. Definitely some good and bad places to put the ball on the fairway and on the greens. Nice course for the money. Would prefer to have more trees given the flat land
