Course Review and Comments
We were told that this course has a tendency for the fairways to turn brown in late summer, but the greens stay green year round. This would make sense if they don't re-seed for the Fall. We were a little concerned before arriving because I pulled up the public review posted last year and it was so negative, referring to the course as a "goat track." We found this golf course to be in outstanding condition through out. The only reason I didn't give it higher ratings is because it does not compare to the $150 green fee courses. But we got more than our moneys worth, It was challenging, fun and very scenic. We had a great day and will be back.Ratings

| Course Design Comments | Obviously this isn't a Robert Trent Jones design. However it is very well layed out and takes good advantage of the property and terrain. This is rural golf, this isn't Torrey Pines, or PB. |

| Course Greens/Fairways Condition Comments | I read the review before mine and wonder where he golfed. The course was green throughout. Tee boxes were in good shape, fairways had no bare dirt with some exceptions if you didn't drive well and didn't clear a steep slope directlyu below the tee boxes. Greens were in great shape, not bumpy and fast but fair, very consistent, good placements. |

| Course Facilities Comments | Small, but completely adequate. This is not the Riveira Country Club folks. Dave was courteous and helpful both over the phone when we booked, and when we arrived. |
