Course Review and Comments
Las Americas is a fair test and will satisfy both the high and low handicap golfer. Well laid out, not too much water and some very interesting bunkers. I have played this course a number of times and never tire of playing it. The last time I played there the Spanish leg of the Womens PGA Championship was being being held on the weekend I arrived. Las Americas has many picturesque holes but my personal favourite is the 18th, with the colonial style clubhouse overlooking the final hole, the approach can look daunting to the mid- and high-handicapper. Superb.
