Course Review and Comments
Excellent design, beautiful scenery. A challenging tricky golf course; ball placement is a must; risk / reward shots; big undulating greens make for challenging long puts; the player needs to be a great bunker player. Long straight hitters will benefit on holes #1 #3 #6 #9 #11 #12 #13 #14 #15 #17 and #18. Hard pin placements, specially #5 #12. Difficult green on #16 with down slope towards tee. No water with the exception of #12 and #15; greens are well protected with numerous bunkers which would punish short or miss shots; best played in the early morning hours were greens are wet/slow since they tend to harden during the day; lots of out-of-bounds.
