Course Review and Comments

Kiva is living off it's reputation. I played it last year and it was in good condition and I was fine paying the $90+ to play it because it is a pretty course. But on this most recent trip the course was in BRUTAL condition. Greens was burnt out and pocked by ball marks. Old hole locations were circles of dead grass. Horrible horrible condition. And it's not weather related. I played Peninsula across the street and would say that it was the best condition for a course that I've ever played. Even the state park down the road was in better condition. Save your money or use it to play Peninsula.

Price paid for golf 90
Price comments For the condition the course was in, this was an absurd amount to pay. They should have discounted it by at least $25.

Course Greens/Fairways Condition Comments I played this course last year and would have rated it 4/5 last year. It's showing signs of the slumping economy. I kid you not, the state park course down the road was in better condition. Badly burnt greens with ball marks everywhere. Shaggy tee boxes. Either save your money or go play Peninsula just down the road. It's a far superior course.
