How can a golf course and community that was rated #1 new public course 8-9 years ago when I played it go down hill so far? Landscaping, bunkers(Weeds), fairways, greens, were in the worst conditions I had ever seen a golf course. I bragged to all my friends that we had to play "THE" Kiva Dunes when we went ther. I was amazed when they first opened at how perfectlyu manicured the course was. Every detail perfect. Now it as well as all the buildings around it look like asomething you would see in the ghetto. Clubhouse and people were great. The course and course upkeep was the WORST I have ever seenRatings
