Course Review and Comments
I only played nine holes in an early December Myrtle Beach trip several years ago. But the staff couldn't have been more accomodating in making sure I got out onto the course to finish off a long day of Myrtle Beach golf.
The sixth hole, the MB famous island fairway par 5 that's nicknamed the Gambler and had a sign telling you about when I was there, is a hole you'll leave with a story about.
I haven't played as many Myrtle Beach golf courses as some people who go there all the time, but King North's was definitely one of the best Grand Strand experiences I've had.

Date of our visit was 3-10-13. A little common courtesy expressed by staff members would have gone a long way to make it a more enjoyable experience. Feel free to contact me if you wish to follow-up

I really enjoyed my round at Kings North. I will play this course again and again. I will concur the Gambler eventually.

Enjoyed the round and best weather of all days for end of March mid 70's-80 and sunny. Loved the hole "the gambler" only one in our group of 7 to par it! "I gambled but then layed up&q

Kings North was my favorite of the courses my group played on a recent visit to MB. Better than Dunes Club, Barefoot Resort, Legends and Grande Dunes. Kings North offers a great design and excellent

Good design, the island fairway makes it different, and a hole to remember.
Still, I wouldn't rate it as one of MB's upper crust
