Course Review and Comments

Date of our visit was 3-10-13. A little common courtesy expressed by staff members would have gone a long way to make it a more enjoyable experience. Feel free to contact me if you wish to follow-up

Course Service Comments I gave it a one out of five and only because there wasn't option for zero. Our group of 12 was treated rudely by the staff member in pro shop along with the team working at bag drop and the starter. We had come from a morning round and unfortunately got hung up at first course. A call was placed to let them know we were running about 10-15 minutes late. When I went into pro shop I even told the staff member I was sorry about late arrival. I apologized and stated that our lateness was unfortunately was beyond our control. I told him my four were here and the others would arrive shortly. He gave me a disgusted gesture and got on radio to tell the bag staff our group was running late. Good customer service would have been to say okay understood about late arrival and see what can be done. Instead he repeatedly reminded me that our group was late as did the bag drop staff when balance of group arrived. I just handed this guy a voucher for $900 and never even received a thank you or enjoy your round. I was shocked by the treatment and lack of courtesy. Based on the on-line ratings our group was really looking forward to playing Kings North. This was our third year coming to Myrtle Beach for our spring trip and by FAR this was the least enjoyable experience. The course was in terrific shape and interesting layout but wouldn't put it in same category as Grande Dunes Member Club, Pawley's Platation, River Club or TPC. I will never spend another dollar at Kings North. There are many other options available that would appreciate our business.
