Course Review and Comments
I have been playing the Community courses because of the great winter rates. Great value for the dollars paid. Course is in Good condition. Many trees were lost from the high winds last september, but not noticable to the normal play of the course. Tee boxes are in good shape, level and green. Fairways are green and trim, but hard. The greens are in great shape and a few are quite challenging due to pins positioned on slopes. The course offers a variety of challenges from long par 5s to uphill and downhill par 3s. There are several opportunities for great views of the Dayton area from the elevated Tees. I like to walk this course, but some (like my 25 yr old son, lol) may find the ups and downs of the course a challenge when on foot.
