Course Review and Comments

Warning! Do not use a cart. One can only drive on the cart path. I would have walked less if I had used a caddie or a pull cart! Couldn't believe how tired I was after just nine holes. But other than that, the experience was wonderful. The course is breathtaking, difficult, and fair.

Price comments My son, Sgt. Matthew S. Apuan, was killed on 2-18-07 in Iraq. He was born in Monterey on 9-13-79. PB staff offered a complimentary round for 4 in his honor.
Course Design Rating
Course Design Comments Most beautiful course in America, and not too long. Has the smallest greens and some of the largest bunkers I've ever seen, but the fairways are wide.

Course Service Comments The staff treated me and my partners well. They placed my son's picture on the 1st tee, with the votive candle I brought along. I will be forever greatful.
