Please note you must be a guest of a member or a current or former army, or member of a military club with reciprocity arrangements. No public play and access to the base must be pre-arranged. This course is slated to close 15 September 2011, due to base closing. It would be a jewel to add to holdings of companies like Club Golf, and given the current economic environment, an approach to City of Atlanta to purchase the course acreage might be well received.Ratings

| Course Design Comments | Course plays fairly short from middle tees, but is very tight layout--even back tees favor accuracy over distance. Most holes are doglegs, & curiously all but one are right to left. Mature hardwoods and pines line most fairways. Greens are nuanced though a few are significantly contoured, and most have aprons; several are elevated a la Robert Trent Jones Sr. |

| Course Greens/Fairways Condition Comments | Superintendent has done a beautiful job in this hot 2010 summer. Fairways are nice bermuda turf, rough can be gnarley depending on mowing schedule, and bent grass greens are mostly in great shape, putt true, and (if mowed to spring levels) extremely fast. |
