Course Review and Comments

I managed to pick a calm pleasant few days for my trip, which is not always the case on the West Coast. The course was in excellent condition, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I called in at to have a look at the course the evening before I was due to play, the staff kindly showed me were the practise area was, told me a little about the course, and were just generally helpful.
The next day I arrived for the days round, the wind had got up slightly but nothing to severe. Some of us had not played the course before, but I was luckily partnered with a member from the club. Had I not been decisions on what club to take, how to play some of the blind holes, what hazards to avoid, etc. would have made the round very tough.
Even with a member it proves a good challenging course, but very enjoyable golf.
Its the sort of course you really want to go back to having got a feel for how to play it.
I would recommend it to anyone, but try and give yourself enough time for a couple of rounds.
