Course Review and Comments

Had a pre-paid and confirmed tee time that they lost and would not honor. Despite our written confirmation they refuse to admit their mistake. Worst customer service focus i have ever seen from any golf course.

Course Service Comments BEWARE - we arrived at Mission Inn on Super Bowl Sunday to play their premium course El Campeon. They had lost our booking and said we hadn't booked. After showing them our written confirmation they told us that we would have to wait 4 hours to tee off. This would have meant missing the Super Bowl. So as not to waste the day and the hour drive we played their other course, Las Colinas... not very exciting. Mission Inn has refused to accept responsibility for losing our reservation and ruining our day. Once each Winter we travel from Canada to Florida to golf. Mission Inn blew it for us and have shown us that they have no concept of customer service. We won't be back.
