Course Review and Comments
I was in the area looking for a place to play and drove up to the club and saw only about 4 cars in the lot and made an assumption that it was not a good course. So I left and then looked at my watch and decided to use my time playing rather than looking. Very smart move. Got on for about $28 warmed up and away I went. Second hole in I said this places looks like World Woods. Found the fairways to be a little tight and in need of some work but they were very playable. Waste bunkers everywhere and bunkers to give you fits. The greens were not like Florida greens in that they had a fair amount of design and played true and a little quick. The layout was fantastic. If you are in the area and pass this place up you will be missing one of the best deals in golf and a great design to boot.

Unfortunately, this course is now closed. It is truly one of the best courses in West Florida. Such a shame, I hope that it will eventually reopen.

I would only recommend if you call and the greens are better. It can cost $70 and with the greens in such poor shape it would not be worth it!

A must play if you like courses that have lots of elevation changes and natural beauty. We did'nt expect it to be that good when driving into the course but we were blown away.

Refurbished course is really great for the low handicapper. It's a driver's course with generous fairways, but long holes, plenty of elevation changes. They didn't install water fountains or put wat
