Course Review and Comments
I was a caddy here when I was a boy. It's the most wonderous place with unsurpassed New England seasonal beauty overlooking Long Island Sound & Southport harbor. It served long, long ago as onion farms which produce was shipped from Southport Harbor.
Eight iron divits come up like shovels of black eath. As the double bag days wound down and evening approached, the Fairfield Lighthouse at the end of Sasco Beach
would come on and paint the hill, sea & sky with it's ribbon of light. I never became a Ben Hogan but memories of seasons here feed me as I grow old. Before all of these wonderfull things the Pequot Indians
lived here along the inlet, harbor & Sasco Creek. Oh..the course. It is always perfect. Good luck with your concentration.
