Course Review and Comments
Wow! What an unforgetable experience. When I drove through the security gate and approach the course I was amazed at the exceptionally manicured grass. Then as you are approached by the high quailty service caddie service to take your clubs, you look out to the lake and see this "trophy" looking island 14th green that is a site in itself. Truely an unique site. As we went in to check in, the site of seeing the caddies cleaning everyones clubs "prior too" heading to the aquatic range was all about the impecable service all day. Caddie service? Well, we had Chuck Shummer (sorry if spelling is incorrect), this guy was incredibly good. Made a special trip to this course even more enjoyable. This guy could read the greens in his sleep. Thanks Chuck! The entire course was in impecable shape making you afraid to walk on the grass it was so perfectly groomed and conditioned. The 14th was an incredible feeling standing in the t-box, looking out to an island knowing there is very little room for error. Fortunately I made a good shot and nearly walked away with a birdie. This is arguably a better play than Pebble Beach in my opinion. Very memorable and an absolute must play for all player type levels. This is an incredible place to play a round of golf and one that I will never forget. WOW!
