Course Review and Comments
It's a very playable course, as evidenced by its fairway mounding and slope rating of 129. There are no forced carries and most of the water is lateral.
It's a fairly open layout, with scattered pines and plenty of room off the tee.
One of the best things about the course is its greens, which are relatively flat but fast and true.

DO NOT PLAY!!!! Greens are in horrible condition. I last played in late May/early June and the greens had been lost to some sort of disease or bug. After a couple months figured I would give it a go a

Very nice course for the money. Some fairways are pretty tight, with large houses on either side. Overall a very fun course.
