Course Review and Comments

I was a participant in a guy's golf outing from Magnolia Point G&CC, Green Cove Springs, FL. We played two days at Citrus Hills, and the last day at The Oaks. Citrus Hills was OK, very wide open; not for serious golfers; too much grain in the greens. Nice folks there and an overall positive experience.

The Oaks was wonderful. Don't know who designed it, but it looks like a Tom Fazio course in all respects. Conditions were perfect. Very little grain in the greens. Fantastic challenge for all. Great service from the pro shop and the restaurant. The service for both breakfast and lunch was "WORLD CLASS", and the meals were excellent.

My vote is to return for another outing and play all three rounds at The Oaks.

Great job.

Thank you,
Bob Barclay
