I forget what I used to pay here (I'm guessing in low $30's) but it was not the value that you can get at some of the other courses. The condition of the course is what holds it back for me. The layout and length are great

Course Greens/Fairways Condition Comments	I played this a couple years and the fairways and greens were horrible. A friend played it in May 2009 and said it was still very bad. I will play again because I like the layout
