Course Review and Comments
I have never seen this course in worse condition, ever! I was a regular player here during my Navy career and for a number of years after I retired. It's been awhile since I've played Cecil and it's current condition is abysmal! Many of the tees do not have grass on them; many of the fairways have no grass; and the greens are in the worst condition ever. Putting on concrete would be easier! With conditions like this, the course will NEVER attract the quality of play nor the players it use to! The company who owns or manages the course should be banned from the business. It was very sad to see this course deteriorate like it has!Ratings

| Course Greens/Fairways Condition Comments | I haven't seen or ever remember experiencing the course in as bad condition as I found it today. Tee's with no grass; fairways with no grass; and greens that were absent of grass making putting on the Interstate easier! |

| Course Service Comments | My group teed off at approximately 12:30 PM. NONE OF THE WATER COOLERS ON THE FRONT NINE HAD ANY WATER IN THEM! On a hot day like it was today, that is a major safety issue! |

| Course Facilities Comments | My group made the turn at approximately 3:15 PM. It was very slow play due to a significant number of slow players. I saw no ranger activity on the course AT ALL! When we did make the turn, we couldn't purchase drinks or snacks since the facility was closed! The practice tee was complete trash! |
