Course Review and Comments

Course condition is poor. Bunkers are horrible just hard dirt. Greens are about a 5out of ten. Fairways are a 5. Rough is a 2. I play muni courses at home that are three times better. Definitely a long way from "resort" class as the name would imply. Price is right and the design isnt bad. Narrow fairways require good tee shots. Need to do a major overhaul.
