Course Review and Comments

We were waiting to tee off on #1 with three other groups when the Director of Golf showed up with a foursome, announced to us who he was and they'd be out of our way in no time. We were all shocked at such behavior by a representative of a golf course, jumping in front of paying customers. We asked some local golfers on the tee with us whom this rude person was and they told us he was Steve Shaffer the new guy in charge. We'll never return to Calimesa Country Club again nor will anyone we know after we tell them about our experience.

Course Greens/Fairways Condition Comments Most bunkers have little to no sand, a lot of unrepaired divots on tee boxes and fairways, too many unrepaired ball marks on green. Carts are in terrible shape and sand bottles all most empty.
