Course Review and Comments
I had the pleasure of playing this course in a private golf outing. Being a player who has played many of the courses that dot the Chicagoland area, this is the first that made me feel like I was on vacation, first in the Carolina's and then Scotland. The course was scattered with these groupings of red pines that remind of being on the coast. Then you start the back nine and your playing a links style course with narrow fairways and deep pot bunkers with white sand. It has to be the most challenging course in northern Illinois from the back tee box, it's was a bear. If you like a course that's flat, you will not like this place it has tons of hills and mature trees that are always in play. I was very impressed with this course.
