Course Review and Comments
This course was great. The current clubhouse/19th hole sits on a hill that overlooks the course. With work still going on there are some things that will be improved. The driving range is currently only about 150 yards. The front 9 was most recently open but is in fine shape. The green are in pristine condition and roll true. As is typical with Pete Dye courses there is lots of sand. The caddie and course service we had was second to none. Friendly and helpful, they took the time to explain the course, island and resort. The signature 11th hole is beautiful (even though, once again, I found the sand). With views of the ocean on almost every hole and a jungle feel when you are not facing the ocean this is a rare gem. I can't wait to go back in a few years when the course and resort are finished and mature.

Challenging but fair. One of the most beautiful courses i ve ever played, the greens were a little slow but it had rained for a couple of days. A bit pricey.
