Course Review and Comments

This resort is a great family spot. Golf is within the resort near the beach and pool. I'm not saying it's the next Augusta or anything like that but a challenging well priced enjoyable resort course experience.

Course Design Rating
Course Design Comments We didn't play the original hole sequence due to construction. Loved the hole designs, plenty of visually intimidating tee boxes with tough but fair greens, long Par 4's but also a few just over 300 yards with plenty of risk reward. I've played Pine Valley, Torrey Pines and Chambers Bay recently. My home club has a 134 slope, no way this is a 117 slope from Blue tees, much more challenging(wind and water). Caddies are more for finding lost balls and locating beverages than reading puts or giving yardage but are with the $25.
Course Greens/Fairways Condition Rating
Course Greens/Fairways Condition Comments I was impressed by the conditions; lush fairways and really true greens.
Course Service Rating
Course Service Comments Service from the pro shop to the snack shop and on course beer delivery were outstanding on the course and around the Pristine Bay Resort
Course Facilities Rating
Course Facilities Comments This is a 5 star resort and great value. First time on Roatan for a fishing trip and will return.
