Course Review and Comments

Council Course does what it says on the green fees.

First time playing this course in my first year of rather extensive learning and I found it a great course for the beginner.

Challenges are at a minimum, two possibly three holes involve very accurate drives but other than that the course is rather forgiving.

I visited it still fairly early in the season and fairways and greens were uncut and very slow. There are no sand in any of the bunkers either so fairly easy to chip from.

For someone who is wants to visit when it is quite DO NOT go first thing in the morning, especially at weekends, wait until around 2/3 PM and the clubhouse should be emptied.
