Course Review and Comments

From the moment I arrived in the car park I was impressed by the welcoming given and this was carried through my whole experience at the club.

Golf wise the course starts with a beautiful elevated tee shot outside the pro shop (one for the nerves). As you play around the course it becomes apparent that drive position is the key to unlocking a good score here. This is one where a GPS can really give an advantage to any golfer (especially if there is a few notes on the outcome of the game).

Certain holes will lodge themselves striaght into your memory and will make you want to play them again. The tight short par five 2nd with the bunker 50 yards short of the green that swallowed my 4 iron. The long Par four 8th with the raise green. The stunning 12th where you have the chance of glory playing your 2nd from a plateau over a valley to the green. Then straight away playing the signature hole 13th (stay left). Cracking course all round and a freindly club house where the food and drink will finish off your game prefectly.

Go play and enjoy.
