Course Review and Comments
Paid bargain Senior's fee,usually about $135-$165.Awesome view as you arrive. Great clubhouse & gourmet menu.Excellent practice area.Great staff! Interesting to note that if AB was 100 miles further West,it would compete directly with Whistling Straits & the outrageously priced American Club.The only drawback is that there are no decent hotels/motels nearby(within 15 miles).Otherwise,this is rated as the #1 course in Michigan & in the top 50 nationwide per Golf Digest & others.Course maintainance is excellent.Check out ther bargain seasons when you can play it for $75.Anywhere else the fees would be $300+.Oh,almost forgot,adding to the atmosphere ,be sure to check out the Lone Piper at sundown!Ratings
