Great test of course
Turned up to course with tee slot booked the pro very helpful got us tee time. Staff very friendly. Great test of golf for all types handicap very tight course with greens which defend course. Course in great condition. With great views off the tee boxes. Defo worth playing for the price
Mid week Challenge
I've played this course a year ago, once again I was impressed, pace of play, course management.
Set in a beautiful part of the Midlands it offers one of the best value rounds of golf.
Bar staff very helpful.
P.K
Great course
For winter golf this was superb. A lovely course in beautiful condition. Can't wait to go back.
A must play, little gem, in the heart of the country
A last minute society booking which didn't disappoint in anyway from start to finish. Friendly welcoming staff throughout the hotel and pro shop. Course in great condition for the time of year, greens especially and with the sun on our backs it was like millionaires golf, but without the price tag. A good challenge of golf for all levels of ability, one which we look forward to playing again soon. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed, but don't tell too many others.
Little Gem!
I can't believe this course was quiet for a Friday afternoon, virtually the course to our selves. Fairways were in excellent condition and the greens were challenging but were great to putt on.. I would definitely recommend this place and would play here again.
Great Value Course Set up for Casual golfer
As a irregular golfer, this course is fantastic, a decent length, but sensible rough and under4 hrs to get around.
My only issue was that all of the greens had been spiked and sanded, which seems rather odd for mid-summer, although they still ran pretty true, if slow.
Great Mornings Golf
Lovely course , great time to play , excellent greens , fairways looked after , pace of play perfect , would recommend to anyone .
Good winter track
Course a little wet in places but nothing unusual for this time of year. Greens in excellent condition and running pretty quickly!
Millionaires golf
Great course, great price and four other golfers seen on the course on a Friday afternoon.
Renaming happening to Stratford park and building work adjacent to the nineth green.
Course in great condition although greens spiked/sanded
Lovely surrondings
Good layout lots of variation greens excellent well worth a visit
A Real gem in shakespeare Country
I cannot recommend this course highly enough. It was in superb condition , greens , fairways and overall could not fault. You have to be fairly fit as it is has only a few flat holes , all are a good test for even the most experienced golfer, with ponds , lakes, hedges and trees to catch the wayward shot. Some wonderful views of Warwickshire from the higher tees on the course. Looks as if it is in the process of changing it's mane to Stratford park G C .Great value for money - so treat yourself.
Has the "wow" factor
Very much enjoyed playing here, though score did not reflect this. Quite challenging terrain but some very impressive elevated tees. Excellent value for money. Look forward to a mini break next month.
Nice course but greens not good
This is about the 10th time I have played Ingon Manor and although I enjoyed the round overall there were a few things that detracted from the overall experience. Firstly the greens! They have got some sort of problem with them and although they have been treated, until the treatment works and the greens are back to good condition I wont be back. Also we had a four ball in front of us (we were a two ball) and their pace of play was appalling. We eventually looped around to play the 7th, 8th & 9th again just to give us something to do rather than standing on the tee for 10/15 minutes whilst they looked for their balls etc. Ingon Manor is a very picturesque golf course and I'll be back but pick your time with care!!!
Great course but needs some TLC
Course was a challenge due to the length of some holes that always seemed to be into the wind which was strong!
Played here 3 or 4 times, it is a fantastic course with so much potential and is always pretty quiet. The only thing I can really knock is every time I have played I have come away wishing the course could be looked after to a higher standard. Did not stop my enjoyment of a great test of golf with some fantastic holes but it could be even better.
A hilly gem.
Just played ingon manor and considering its winter the condition was great. You'll need to be fit if you're walking otherwise take a buggy. Great layout with lovely views staff very friendly will be returning in the spring.
