Redhill & Reigate Golf Club opened in 1887, making it one of the oldest courses in Surrey. James Braid, a five-time Open winner turned course architect, redesigned the layout in the 1920s. The golf course has a classic design that is an ideal length at 5,272 yards from the back tees. It's a fun and challenging layout that can be played in less than four hours. Each hole is different but the one thing they all have in common is that they require accuracy. Trees tightly line the fairways, and there is also punishing rough. The greens are known for offering some of the best putting surfaces in the county. They putt fast and true, and gentle undulations that are subtle but tricky. Both your long game and short game will have to be on point at Redhill & Reigate Golf Club.
