Great Course, Excellent Value

First time playing here and loved it! It's december and wet, but was surprised with the course condition, it was nicely playable. Absolutely beautiful course with stunning surroundings. Definitely would play again!

Wet and slow!!

Damp day and the greens were wet - not soaked but a lot of surface water which suggested they had not been worked on that day. Play was slow because of a 'they shall not pass' fourball but not the course's fault. Light rough had not been cut enough so with constant drizzle it made it very hard to play.

Lovely setting

In the countryside with some superb views, especially from the 9th and 11th tees. Not too long, the main challenges come from the contours of the land which make seemingly straightforward holes harder than they appear. Excellent value for money. A little bit of climbing, especially on the inward nine, but nothing that should deter anyone but the chronically unfit!
