Great day, good golf.

One thing not immediately made clear when booking on the app, is that you can always be paired with random golfers, they want to sell 4 spot, so if you buy 2, there's still 2 open.

With that said, i massively enjoyed myself.
I met 2 polite and fun golfers who were slightly better than myself (but that's good motivation to play better)
Had a Great day over all and really enjoyed myself, even if there were more tempory tee box, than not.

First time fun.

One thing that isn't always made clear through the hotdeals is that you can end up playing with other people (strangers) if they book the same tee time.

This happened to me and to be honest, I'm glad it did, was my first time playing with strangers, but had a really great day.

Can only presume the club had a competition of some kind coming up as most of the tee boxes were on temps, which was a shame because all things considered it wasn't bad weather or exessivly wet.

Other wise i had a great day, the course was fun and challenging to a begginer, and was a very pleasant walk through out

Slow Play

The course was in decent condition though some hard bare patches on the fairways. The play was very slow throughout the round, the couple in front of us walked in after 9 holes. At the 12 hole to finish we waited on every shot. A course with this many groups playing should have a course marshal maintaining a decent pace of play on the course.

Day Out Winter Golf

Course was in v good condition for time of year. Absolutely no complaints. Played here before a few times and for an easy track with minimal hazards still a good test. At £10 through TeeOffTimes can’t be beaten.

Dry Conditions

Played hill course many times on our trips to Norwich but this was the driest ever. If you could keep your ball straight then would run for a long way. Quite difficult to stop ball on the greens which were decent conditions. Otherwise still an enjoyable round. One interesting thing did notice was a man playing over 20 drives on the 16th hole on the valley course.

Great layout and condition

Enjoyed my round, given the weather the green staff had done wonders with the greens and around them.
The only blot on my day was a group who refused to let me through because I was a single ball player, shame but still a great fun round.

Awesome

Always in good condition, enjoy it every time I play here. Sometimes the ball washers are empty, a bit picky I know but only thing I could find below par!!

Enjoyable without being spectacular

A decent course kept in good condition including the greens. Not a massive amount of variation in terms of the holes, yet still enjoyable. Not the most challenging course you'll ever come across due to lack of hazards and plenty of fairway to aim for. Nonetheless there are a lot of long par fours which requires consistent ball striking. I would love to try the Valley Course next which may have a bit more character. Overall, a pleasant experience. Helpful staff, not overly busy and in good condition.

Enjoyable round.

Enjoyable round in somewhat challenging conditions; rather windy and very wet. The course was very quiet, but unfortunately, the pair in front were quite slow. Fairways, bunkers and greens were all in good condition.

Beautiful setting and excellent maintenance

Loved the course. Not so technical as the Valley course. Still many bunkers but not so daunting as the Valley course. Good for less experienced players. Great to have the water delivery man on a hot sunny day. Thank you to all the staff who made our visit so enjoyable

Great course - chose a very busy Sunday afternoon

Fantastic course but was very very busy, took 3 hours to play 9 holes - but it was a sunny Sunday afternoon so mustn't grumble. All players and staff were very polite. Will definitely go back and try again.

Course in good condition

This is the 2nd time I've played this course in the last month and it has improved considerably with the drier weather and my only slight complaint is that some of the greens weren't running true, due to them being 'dressed' and I'm sure they will improve as the grass starts to grow etc.
Overall, my party had a very enjoyable round..
