Played this course a number of times this year.
I have to say what fantastic conditions the fairways and greens were in,. It’s so easy to let the grass grow too long this time of the year and make them unplayable,, these guys have got it spot on!
Definitely coming back!
Great course/worth the money
Great/friendly staff and course isn’t too bad either. 100% worth it!!
Rough Greens
Course was ok for this time of year but the greens could have been better.
Poor lunch in the restaurant afterwards.
Worse than last time I played.
Despite a very dry time all tees were mats or in front of usual tee boxes. Seemed totally unnecessary as no reseeding or anything happening. Greens were very long didn’t seem to have been cut recently. Fairways also seemed uncut and same length as first rough. Pace of play was good and if the maintenance improves in spring is still a decent place for a quick 9 holes.

Great course with some challenging holes staff super friendly lovely bar area great course well looked after will definitely be playing again soon

For a 9 hole course thus place was great course is kept in great condition even with bad rain still very playable and enjoyable

First time at Allerthorpe. Fantastic place. Staff friendly. The course was in good condition but we got lost a couple of times.we missed the sign for the 4th and the 8th. Will be back?

Allerthorpe golf course was OK.......I should have done a little more research on the course....when I booked it said I was playing 18 holes...which I was.....but its a 9 hole course so you play it twice......very disappointing.....golf now could make this clearer
Dog Leggy
Not a long course but tree lined on both sides of most fairways. First.five holes all dog legs. Unless you hit the right spot on the fairway off the tee you're blocked out to greens on your second. Need planning! Nice setting and friendly staff. Great value.
Excellent layout
The course is kept to a great standard. It is challenging to any level of golfer.

First time played here, with two new players. Good condition and very fair but challenging. All staff super friendly

Played my second round at Allerthorpe. Very very enjoyable indeed.Will call back definitely. Really nice course.. Tricky in places but more the challenge to better yourself
