Lovely course.
Played on holiday. Great Cornish course with some tough holes. Super views. Course and greens in good condition.
Great venue
Course was in beautiful condition, unlucky to be raining on the day I played but very enjoyable course to play
Played after spell of rain in January, course held up well, and some interesting and challenging holes for all standards. No food available on the the day we visited, but all staff friendly and helpful, particularly in the pro shop. Will certainly entertain a return visit in spring or summer seasons...
Two Loops of 9
Both loops had a different feel, front 9 wider fairways, back 9 tighter accurate driving required.
Nice Course
I haven't played many but thought we'd give this a go whilst on holiday. Really enjoyed it, my only issue was the 7th could do with better signage as we actually aimed for the 15th green! Maybe a plaque/map at each tee that's a bit clearer than the scorecard. Apart from that, very good.
Holiday Golf
Friendly staff. Back nine more interesting than front. We played on a Monday and there was no catering in the bar. Lunch would have bee perfect with great views from the clubhouse. Pace of play was good
FANTASTIC
Was in Cornwall on holiday and took the chance to play this course! It was wet and windy, the course held up very well and the greens were fantastic. Stark contrast to playing the Jack Nicklaus course at St Mellion today where the greens were simply shocking!
Some lovely holes and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Very well done and thank you to all! I’ll be back hopefully.
Lovely course
Great day. Course in excellent condition with several interesting holes
Great days golf as a visitor.
Played many courses as a single figure golfer and this course one of the best. Great layout and scenery brought us back as visitors on holiday for the 4th time. Don’t bother looking for balls in the deep rough though. Fantastic club sandwich and beer to round off a great day.
The Point
Very nice course made we extra difficult by the exposed windy conditions on the day - offers a great challenge to a handicap levels .
Mansfield Boys on Tour
Some challenging holes this is a nice course
Fairways in need of some rain so playing fiery and fast
Greens mainly v good but a few that didn’t run as true
Worth a visit if playing multiple rounds St Enodoc nearby is a different class of course but then again you are paying 3 or 4 times as much
Good value for money and good test of golf for all handicaps
8 handicapper
Good challenge
One off round at this course. Standing on the first tee my thoughts were a bit indifferent.
I was then pleasantly surprised by this great test of golf. Some good challenging holes, some good long ones. Nice testing par 3s. Lots of sideways slope to test you.
Club house looks good but didn’t use.
Martin Glenn
We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff and played an enjoyable round. The back 9 is more picturesque but we were playing the first in rain. One of our group was a relative golf novice and it suited him nicely as it did for us two more experienced players.
Golf with friends
The course is pretty demanding. 2 Loops of Nine holes which meet at the club house. The greens were in excellent condition and very fast. The Tee markers could be clearer. We visited with a friend who had not played there before and they were impressed. It was very windy which affected out game but the course stood up to the conditions well. The club house and facilities are very good and the bar staff very helpful. The food looked very nice and a good menu. Play was slightly held up by a slow four ball which backed everyone up but unfortunately you can get that at any course. In the summer the fairways can get fast and there are nice views down to the beach and Sea at Polzeath.
