Description
Golf Club Haje in Karlovy Vary is situated near the Stanovicka Dam, easily accessible from both Prague and Pilsen. The nine-hole course is spread across gently rolling hills that provide subtle but tricky elevation changes throughout. Despite its length, the layout is not your typical short course. There are plenty of challenges in store, including an island green on the final hole. Water hazards make an appearance on two other holes but there are also some tricky doglegs to contend with. The third hole is a particularly tricky dogleg left that is also one of the course's longer holes. Not surprisingly, it is Golf Club Haje's no. 1 handicap hole. The golf course itself offers plenty of short-game practice but there is also a driving range and putting green available.
