Description

The Nick Faldo-designed course at Elea Golf Club in Cyprus, a part of the Elea Estate development, received rave reviews from leading golf publications upon opening in fall of 2010. The 6,900-yard layout circulates through groves of mature carob and olive trees, while dramatic outcrops of weathered limestone contrast with the dark green fairways which, on many holes, are fringed by Mediterranean grasses and an abundance of wild herbs and native flora. The Elea G.C. clubhouse, designed by Hart Howerton, features multiple terraces overlooking the golf course, a lounge area, golf shop and extensive food and beverage facilities.
