This course is a good idea gone horribly wrong. Cities in the surrounding areas each seem to have at least a public 9-Hole and this one is by far the worst. There are a few reasons. 40 - 50 % of the land on the course IS water. There are other parts of the course that are out of bounds because they contain "environmentally sensitive areas". Clearly, the maintenance crew enters these areas before the course opens to retrieve and resell the errant shots. Many of the fairways dogleg severely and have out-of-bounds on one side and water on the other. Most of the sand traps don't even come into play. This course would do to remove some holes and improve the design.
